Do — share prices when stable
Even one price per section helps. Mark seasonal or "market price" items clearly.
Do — flag your popular dishes
Tell us which 3–5 items diners actually order. We'll feature them as popular picks.
Don't — paste 2,000 words of marketing copy
Editorial format is short and useful. Long love-letters get trimmed before publishing.
Don't — submit a low-resolution photo of paper
Blurry or rotated paper menus take longer to transcribe. Type plainly into the form when you can.
Don't — submit two pages for the same address
One unique address = one Menujoys page. Multiple branches each get their own listing.

No — adding and claiming a basic page is free. Studio tier ($12/mo per location) unlocks owner-managed updates and photo galleries. See pricing.
Submit what you have. We label sections "from £X" or "market price" and clearly mark when prices aren't confirmed. You can fill in the rest later through your claimed dashboard.
Yes — use the upload field. We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, and DOC up to 10 MB. Editors transcribe the menu into the editorial format.
Yes. Studio tier supports seasonal menu scheduling — set a start and end date, and your page swaps automatically. Otherwise, send updates through the Suggest an Update form.
For now, yes — Menujoys is English-first during the early rollout. Multilingual pages are on the 2027 roadmap. Original dish names in their native language are kept verbatim where possible.
Editors send a real reply explaining what's missing or unclear. Most rejections are fixable in 5 minutes — usually around verifying the address or trimming marketing copy. We don't ghost you.
