Menu updates typically clear in 1–3 working days. Owner emails get a real reply within 2 working days. Press / partnership messages get a response within 5 working days. Generic outreach without a specific topic may not get a reply.

If your restaurant already has a Menujoys page, claim it — that's the fastest path to managing menus, hours, and contact details. If we don't have a page yet, add your menu. Use this contact form only for things the dedicated flows don't cover.

Use the Add Your Menu form for PDFs, photos, and documents — it has a built-in upload field. The contact form is for short messages.

Yes. Pick "Copyright / takedown" as the topic and include the URL of the page in question, the specific content you'd like reviewed, and your relationship to it (owner, rights holder, authorised representative). See the Content Policy for our review process.
